4. International Transfers and Providers

For the technical operation of the website, we utilize the following external services:

  • FormSubmit (formsubmit.co): The service responsible for processing form submissions. Your data is transferred to servers located in the United States. FormSubmit ensures transmission security, although the user should be aware that data protection in the USA may differ from EU standards.
  • Arsys Internet S.L.U.: Our hosting provider located at C/ Madre de Dios 21, 26004 Logroño (La Rioja), where the website files are stored.

5. Retention Periods

Data will be kept for the period strictly necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. For active clients, data is maintained throughout the commercial relationship and, subsequently, according to legal statutes of limitation. The archive of recording sessions is kept for 12 months, after which it may be deleted according to our operational rules.

Consent for the use of cookies and preferences is stored in the localStorage under the key stck-consent for a period of 180 days.

6. User Rights

You have the right to access, rectify, delete, limit the processing of, or request the portability of your data. To exercise these rights, you must send a written request to [email protected] attaching a copy of your identity document.

7. Supervisory Authority and Jurisdiction

If you believe that the processing of your data does not comply with the regulations, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), located at C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid, or through their portal www.aepd.es.

Any dispute arising from this policy shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of the city of Valencia.
