Booking and Administration
How can I book a recording session?
To initiate a booking, please send a request through our contact form or email us at [email protected]. Once we have confirmed the availability of the room and the engineer, we will proceed to schedule your date. It is essential to coordinate schedules in advance to ensure the correct equipment is prepared for your specific project needs.
Is an advance payment required for bookings?
Yes, to formalize any reservation at Sticketzyra, a deposit of 30% of the total estimated budget is mandatory. This amount secures the studio space and the sound engineer's time, ensuring that the facility is available exclusively for your project during the scheduled window.
What happens if I need to cancel my appointment?
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. We allow free cancellation of the session provided that we are notified at least 3 days in advance. If the cancellation occurs within a shorter timeframe, the 30% deposit will be non-refundable, as the slot cannot be reassigned to another client on such short notice.
What is the typical response time for inquiries?
Our administrative team processes all inquiries and budget requests within a maximum of 24 hours. If you do not receive a response within this period, we suggest checking your spam folder or contacting us by phone at 96 334 02 68.
About Studio Sessions
How many musicians can record simultaneously?
Our facilities have a maximum simultaneous capacity of 6 musicians. We provide three distinct acoustic spaces (main live room, vocal booth, and control zone) which allow for clean and efficient capture depending on the band's configuration and requirements.
Are minors allowed in the studio?
We welcome artists of all ages. However, for safety reasons and internal regulations, the minimum age to access and work in the studio without the accompaniment of a legal guardian or adult representative is 16 years.
What technical equipment is provided during sessions?
We provide high-end tube microphones, near-field monitors for precise listening, and professional acoustic treatment in all our rooms. The specific equipment is selected based on the needs of the recording, whether it be vocals, instruments, or podcasting.
How is the recording time managed?
The session time begins at the agreed start hour, regardless of whether the artist arrives late. We strongly recommend arriving 15 minutes early to organize instrumentation and avoid losing productive recording time.
Files, Mixing and Delivery
What files do I receive after the recording?
The client receives the individual track files (multitracks) and the corresponding stems. Depending on the service contracted, we deliver the final master in WAV (high resolution) and MP3 formats, always specifying the sample rate and bit depth used.
How many revisions are included in mixing and mastering?
To ensure the final result is exactly what you envision, we include up to 3 rounds of revisions for mixing and mastering services. Any additional adjustments requested after the third round will be quoted as additional studio time.
How long do you store my sessions?
We maintain a security archive of all sessions recorded at our studio for a period of 12 months. After this time, files are deleted from our servers to free up space; therefore, we strongly recommend maintaining your own external backups.
In what format are podcasts delivered?
Podcasts are delivered optimized for streaming platforms, typically in WAV format for archiving and MP3 for distribution, with loudness levels (LUFS) standardized to ensure consistent listening across all devices.
Payments and Intellectual Property
How does payment work for B2B or corporate clients?
For corporate clients or agencies with a B2B contract, we offer a payment term of 15 calendar days after the issuance of the corresponding invoice, provided this has been previously agreed upon in the service contract.
Who owns the final recording?
Intellectual property and the rights to the master are transferred entirely to the client once 100% of the payment for the services has been completed. Sticketzyra does not claim any rights over the works recorded in its facilities.
What happens if there is a payment issue?
The delivery of final files and masters is conditional upon full payment of the invoice. Final files will not be released until the balance is settled, as established in our terms of service.
Who is responsible for the rights of the performed songs?
The client is solely responsible for owning the copyrights, composition licenses, or necessary permissions to record the works. Sticketzyra acts exclusively as a provider of technical recording and production services.
