Deliverables and final results
At the end of the process, the client receives professionally captured audio files. Depending on the need, we deliver files in WAV format (uncompressed) for those performing their own post-production, or in high-quality MP3 for immediate distribution. Files are organized by independent tracks (stems), allowing each voice to be processed separately during the mixing phase.
Additionally, we deliver the material with standard volume normalization, ensuring the podcast is audible on headphones, car speakers, or mobile devices. All files are sent via a secure download link, with a backup kept in our internal archive for the period established in our internal rules.
Delivery times and availability
The delivery of raw files generally takes place within 24 to 48 hours after the session, depending on the complexity of the data volume. If the service includes basic editing, the deadline will be adjusted according to the episode length. Sessions are scheduled strictly by appointment to guarantee exclusivity of the space and technician availability.
Please note that studio time begins at the reserved hour, regardless of the guests' arrival. For recurring projects (podcast series), we offer the possibility of blocking monthly time slots to maintain consistency in content publication.
What is NOT included in the service
It is essential to clarify that the podcasting recording rate covers technical capture and space usage. It does not include script writing, topic research, guest management, or marketing strategies for podcast distribution. It also does not include the management of uploads to hosting platforms (such as Anchor or Libsyn), unless an integral management service is agreed upon separately.
Furthermore, the recording does not include the composition of original music for the program's jingle. If the client desires royalty-free music, they must provide it or hire an external composition service. Any advanced editing involving the exhaustive removal of filler words, speech errors, or complex assembly of multiple takes is considered an additional post-production service.
Price structure and taxation
Our prices are designed to be transparent and competitive within the Valencia market. The rate is applied per studio hour, including the use of the room and the assistance of the technician. For the final cost calculation, the current VAT in Spain (21%) is applied.
For professional clients or companies (B2B), we issue the corresponding invoice detailing the taxable base and the tax. Payment must be made according to the terms established in our terms of service. The specific price table for this service is detailed below.

The standard rate includes recording and the delivery of clean files. Deep editing (cutting errors, music assembly) is an additional service that can be requested at the time of booking.
